« Last post by Rita on March 03, 2020, 02:28:06 am »Julius Weismann was born at Freiburg in 1879. In general he followed the styles of Strauss, Humperdinck and Schillings, but also incorporated elements of Impressionist harmony, as well as a polyphonic severity related to Reger.
He appears to have composed three numbered symphonies and two sinfoniettas.
